I love, love, love what I do, but 5-8 hours a day at the piano takes its toll. Thanks to Sheila Kirsch at TruEssence Esthetics and Day Spa, my neck, upper back and shoulders are back in the position they should be, and the camel hump at the top of my back is gone!
