i had new springs put on my garage door back in August. Since then, I have spoken to Ryan once, texted him twice and left him a message via his website asking for a simple copy of the bill that I had paid back in August (since the guy who came out never provided me one at the time of service and payment). He has ignored my request every time. I ask...why can't he just give me the copy? Does he actually report his earnings to the IRS? If yes, just send me the dang copy!

Ryan Reeson is the best. He has helped us twice now. The first time he replaced hinges and springs. He was competent, courteous, fast, and prices were more than fair. The second time he helped us over the phone. The garage door wasn't opening. He told my husband what to check for and gave him instructions how to fix it. My husband was then able to fix the problem and Ryan did not have to come out. We will call Trademark Door whenever we have a garage door problem. I'm adding a postscript because when I posted the review, it stated we live in San Francisco. We live in West Omaha and TradeMark Door is an Omaha business.
