I recently purchased a home with a Marvin patio door, the screen door slides had broke so the screen door would not stay on the track. I contacted the window and door store and spoke with Mike about the problem. After Mike determined the problem and the age of the door, He was so helpful in walking me through step by step on what the process was. He said the part I needed was under warranty and ordered the part had it shipped directly to my home. I told him my son would install the new part, he sent me an email with a diagram of how to fix it. All this by a phone call. 2 days later I received the part and my door was fixed. We had to wait a while to have our doors and windows installed due to Covid, but in the end, the experience was positive and we had beautiful doors and picture windows that every guest complimented on. For the same price another store quoted us for just the front door (at a lower tier of quality), we got a beautiful modern entry door, a fire-rated door to the garage, and 2 windows.Randy was our sales rep, and he couldn’t have been nicer and easier to work with. The crews that did the installations were extremely efficient and professional. I ordered windows December 8, 2021, and had them installed as quickly as they could be, which was July 14, 2022.I quoted out a comparable product with Pella and they were close in price. I would have made a different decision and went with Pella knowing what I know now.I spent $35,444 for a whole house window, several door replacement in July. I purchased the Windsor line and I'm really happy with the windows. I think they are a good product.My issues come from the lack of service provided by both the store rep, Randy, and the installers C.
