I received an email from Suntan City about a promo package they were offering so I signed into my account with the same email & purchased the package. A few days later I visited the location on off 144th & Center to use my package and they said they couldn’t find the package I bought. I showed them the email receipt with transaction id, I logged into my Suntan city account and showed them it was available to use. I showed them it was charged to my credit card. She said she still couldn’t see it on her computer. So instead of calling someone she sent an email and I sat there for 1 hour while she tried to reach someone by email. I wanted to pre-tan before vacationing in FL. I asked for the shortest, cheapest commitment. I was charged over $130 for about 10 sessions, mid-May and 2 in June. HMMM!!!! Now they are advertising tans for 99 cents. They said sorry...you tanned twice in June! Be careful.

The staff, Emma specifically, is the worst. I stood in long line for 20 minutes while she tried pushing expensive packets onto young girls with zero knowledge of what the product offerred other than the name. She then told me I needed to do a skin test, although I've already been tanning at the facility, in beds for full time, even with new bulbs. It was an absolute waste of my time, and everyone's in line. She needs to be educated on manners, products, and the tanning process. I purchased a your to check out the business and will not be recommending after this waste of valuable time.Service: Tanning
