Once again, Steam -A-Way of Nebraska exceeded our expectations! Xavier (and Curtis I think) were prompt and efficient! They explained their work before and after and even offered spot cleaning suggestions for our family with multiple kiddos and pets! Above and beyond customer service and were able to get us scheduled the next day! They also cleaned our couches and it really added to the fresh feeling in our living rooms!! When carpet cleaning is needed, choose Steam-A-Way Nebraska!!
We have always gotten very good service from Steam-A-Way of Nebraska, but today they went above and beyond. Our dog passed away at home over the weekend, and so we needed the carpets cleaned where he had been ill prior to passing away. They were very caring and compassionate, they were able to send a team right away, and they did a great job. We really appreciate their kindness and great service!
