I just tried Spenga for the first time one month ago and I'm hooked! I had never been on an exercise bike and I had never done yoga before so I was a bit nervous. It's the best workout since it never gets boring with the 20 min spin/20 min strength/20 min yoga format. The instructors are high energy and keep it really fun--they are very welcoming and helpful if you're new to spin, weights, or yoga. Highly recommend!

Spenga is a hip new place in Omaha that is perfect for anyone who wants to get a good workout in! They have plenty of options for classes and pricing plans, as well as a flexible class schedule. The facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly and motivating. This is a place that you will feel supported and comfortable working out, from the moment you walk through the door.

I could not love this place more! I've always been a person who enjoys variety and the 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga are just perfect. I love the instructors are all very nice and helpful and down to earth, and that everyone in the class is so focused on their own workout that they don't judge anyone else or their fitness level. My first time at Spenga, I brought my sister along and we both had such a great time, and people were very friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to continue with these workouts five times a week and see the transformation that I'm sure will come!
