I participated in my first yoga class at Sound Method Yoga and was so impressed with the studio and my instructor, Erin. She made me feel right at home, gave me some quick pointers and words of encouragement, and got me settled for class. She told me as a beginner to be compassionate towards myself and every time I found myself a little “wobbly” her words echoed in my mind. The entire session felt like it flowed with ease and peaceful energy. If you are looking for an inviting atmosphere, free of judgement, this beginners class is for you.

I have had a fabulous experience with Sound Method Yoga. I have been a student for around a month now. The instructors are all very good at their jobs, they are very professional and can tell they really care about what they’re doing and are 100% committed to the practice. The other students are very welcoming. Prices are very affordable for the level of practice you’re getting. They also offer a lot of different classes at different times so finding ones that fit your schedule is easy. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and believe you will too. Definitely give them a try!

Yoga practice has been part of my wellbeing for many years. About three years ago, I found SMY and signed up for a month trial. Now I attend practice two to three times a week. As part of my wellbeing, the regular practice of yoga helps me to remain flexible and pain free, and able to enjoy traveling, walking and hiking, and more as well as to reduce need for medication. I really enjoy the group classes, the excellent teachers and the other yogis; it is a welcoming, supportive and friendly community.
