The communication between Skradski’s and the customer is fantastic. They call to set up the routine HVAC check ups, notify you when the technician is on the way including sending a picture of the tech. Espoir was professional, thorough in his assessment and protective of my floors with the booties he put on upon entering the house. He informed me that everything looked great, asked what temp I wanted him to set the AC back too and noted that I had recently changed the filter. I highly recommend Skradski’s Heating & Air.
