ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning in Omaha, NE, has been cleaning our building for over 10 years. When a sales person calls and wants to give me a cleaning quote, I tell them to not even bother because we are more than happy with ServiceMaster! We have busy church and child care programs with over 500 people using our building every day. The ServiceMaster crew consistently does a great job cleaning our building every night. Their supervisor checks their work weekly and is quick to correct any mistakes (which are rare). ServiceMaster has shown us that our business is important to them and they are intent on making and keeping us happy! I highly recommend them!
Brandon and Service Master have been taking care of our building for many years and we have always been pleased with the service! If there is ever a question or concern, he addresses it immediately. The crews leave me notes when my supplies are running low, which I really appreciate. The customer service is outstanding and I never feel like I'm not heard! I highly recommend!
