Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon diagnosing the issue with our dryer, he took time to answer all of our questions regarding the required repair. He provided a concise description of the dryer failure and made recommendations that will hopefully extend the service life of the appliance. We are very pleased with the outcome and we would like to offer praise for the experienced technician to conducted the repair.
