I needed urgent help on my laptop and Damien Mealey from Schrock ( 16909 Burke ) was so incredible ! He immediately knew what the issue was and promptly resolved the problem. He was patient and very professional. I told him that I will certainly recommend this company to all of my business contacts... Absolutely 5 Stars and above

We bought a new desktop from Best Buy & asked them to transfer everything from our old computer to the new one. We had to take it back three times for them to fix their errors. After the 3rd time, we have up on them and went to Schrock Innovations. They did a great job on helping us figure everything out! Even before we went, we called them (on a Sunday, mind you) and they answered the phone! Our location was busy on another phone call but the call went to the Omaha location and they were very helpful! It's wonderful having help at your fingertips on Sundays & even better, they all operate out of the Midwest, so you don't have to talk to anyone in another... read full review

I have some knowledge of PC’s and can usually repair my computer problems. However, when attempting to restore from a backup I was left unable to boot back into Win 11 after trying all the normal repair methods. On my desktop were several folders of genealogical information I had collected that would have taken years to reassemble appeared to have been lost. Thankfully Andrew and the other friendly, helpful folks with whom I spoke at the Lincoln Service Center were able to promptly restore everything to perfection! I will never trust anyone but Schrock with my PC!
