Katie was great. She acknowledged that I didn't want to hurt my unprocessed hair. But I wanted purple so she did a little something(I can't remember) to help bring out the purple more. Her process is a little more personalised. You're the only two there, which is so nice. Many stylists I've been to, will triple book so it's just not me getting my hair therapy in. I hate this. Katie doesn't. You get one on one time the whole time!She sends you home with a color package to keep your hair healthy, strong and vibrant. It's totally worth the extra money for this. This woman is amazing! I have never had a person I've stuck with for more than a few months to do my hair and I've been going to Kathryn for over a year and a half now! She has taken the time to listen to what I want and explain to me what we can or can't do to my hair to make sure it stays healthy. If you have any questions for her she answers them with honesty! Love her, love this place would 10/10 recommend going and seeing her for any of your hair or skin care needs!
