Came when they said they were going to come. I had a weekend service emergency. Both gentlemen were very nice and knowledgeable. The pricing was upfront and reasonable. Two other gentlemen helped out with insurance and damages. This company took a bad situation and made it very reasonable and took a bad day and made it much better. I give them five stars, and I will recommend them to my friends.
Our Technician Mike was awesome! He explained in full detail what had to happen and got the job done in a timely manner for the amount of work he had to do. He wasn't forcefully pushing any services that we didn't need either. He explained some things that could be looked at or done later, but wasn't like other Technicians from other companies we've hired in the past.
Bobby came out and did a great job so it’s a five star review for him. However, the actual dispatching and getting the appointment set up was awful. They were supposed to come out at 3 o’clock on Saturday and no one showed up for an hour had to call and then they told me the person was sick. They put me on the list the next day from 8 AM to 9 AM and nobody showed up till 1130. Bobby did an awesome job and was super nice and great to work with but very disappointed in everything else.
