If I could give 100 + stars I would! The BEST overall experience I've ever had with a contractor. From the very first call with Alan in the beginning to meeting our team of roofers and working with Rich and his son. The entire process was professional and extremely responsive, they never missed a call or email! Living in Nebraska we are all pretty accustomed to needing a new roof every few years due to the hail and storm damages Our Presidential Roof, Gutters, and downspouts were completed exactly on time and completed to the highest standard and skill. I have previously used this company and was pleased with their work. Upon finding my shingles have failed over time and there was a manufucturer's recall, they helped me with the necessary paperwork to get a full replacement of materials and labor. This would have been extremely difficult to handle on my own and I can not thank them enough for their assistance and patience with the matter.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
