I have been experiencing lower back pain for a couple of years now. Mainly due to sitting in an office chair for 8 hours day and not taking as many breaks as I should. Nonetheless, I could usually get the pain to go away on my own using a combination of heat and laying on my stomach. However, I experienced severe pain in my back in late October/ start of November and I couldn't get it to go away on my own. I tried everything. Epsom salt baths, getting back support for my office chair, heating pad. Nothing was working. It eventually got so bad that I was losing sleep because of it. I went in with a sciatic nerve pain in my back. They knew exactly what to do. The adjustments and physical therapy stretches helped to relieve the pain. The roller table is amazing.I'm at about 95% back to before the pain. They've given me exercises to do at home to help with strengthening the muscles and nerves. I would definitely recommend Rethwisch Family Chiropractic. My first experience with a chiropractor. Very happy I chose them.
