I have always had the best experiences with Dr. Ally. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now. 😊 I love that she is always offering extra tips during her appointments. The number of times she has laid herself on the ground to show me exactly how to do stretches I might not be able to count. And my body thanks for! She just introduced me to acupuncture and I’m obsessed with the amount of relaxation I get during my appointments.
