After speaking on the phone with Arisha, who started the scheduling process, Jim Brummel, General Manager in Omaha/Lincoln area, worked diligently to find a day/time for home consultation. Matt Klaus arrived on time (first sign to me of quality) and brought necessary props to show the importance of buying Renewable by Anderson. Matt took his time and thoroughly answered all questions. After two hours, I purchased Renewable by Anderson Windows and fully understood from start to finish what the installation/process and cost/financing involved. Jared Hansen did a great job! He measured, gave us the options and really sold his product! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. When the tornado sirens went off he offered to assist my wife, I wasn’t home yet, with moving the patio furniture and securing our pets. A true gentleman! Thanks Jared, stay safe in those calls!
