Our 1950s home had carpet over all the original hardwood. Chad and his team removed it, sanded and refinished the flooring and it’s beautiful. He provided a quick and detailed quote and got everything done exactly as promised and even ahead of schedule. Definitely would recommend him again.

We bought a 1959 house, and the hardwood floors were in serious need of refinishing. Rains Hardwood Floors arrived on time each day of the project and were great at setting expectations.
