My son has been attending the Little Champs class for a little over a year, and he absolutely loves it and we've seen so much progress. Mr. Rohner, Ms. Nicole, and Mr. Hill are all wonderful instructors and so kind and patient with the kids. They make it really fun while also holding them to a high standard and instilling a lot of confidence and self-control in the children. Our son has been attending for 2 1/2 years and has grown so much in that time. Premier does a great job teaching self defense along with important moral values and health and wellness knowledge.

With amazing, supportive staff and a curriculum not only based in skill acquisition, but in learning life skills and self control, you couldn't ask for anything more from a MMA studio. My son goes here, loves going twice a week, and even actively participates in challenges such as watching no YouTube for a month (something that if I had recommended would NEVER have happened ?). I go to the adult classes as well and truly enjoy the challenge it brings as well as the practical self defense techniques that will help keep my son and I safe. The wonderful staff are truly what makes this studio like no other and I highly recommend.
