Wow - I love PLNK. These classes are very challenging and the instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and really know how to motivate their students! I always leave class with a sense of accomplishment and strangely energized - even though the workout is tough as nails! I would recommend to anyone looking for a highly effective and time-efficient full body workout.

I was told to take a class with Liv and it did not disappoint so I did a drop in class, Liv was the instructor I did not want to be there or even know what I was doing but she was so sweet and informative yet extremely motivating while still multitasking the entire flow of the class she is truly so talented will be signing up because of her (after I become less sore)

PLNK is one of the best lagree studios in town! I’ve been coming here for over a year, starting with the free classes and eventually upgraded to an unlimited membership. I love the instructors and the way I’m pushed in every class. 10/10 recommend PLNK!
