“We needed to schedule a Functional Capacity Evaluation for an employee. I called Eric, Integrated Care's Clinic Administrator, on a Monday. We were able to get the employee scheduled for his evaluation on Wednesday and had the results by Thursday afternoon. I was impressed with Eric and his knowledge of what we were needing to get scheduled during the initial intake call.
