Rich and Able did a fantastic job. We had a leak in the house while we were away for over a week. And there was nothing we could do about it. All the employees and the business owners are wonderful and have made a stressful situation so much easier. They have been doing a great job of getting rid of the mold and water and working around our schedule. They also know people who are also great to help with any other issues you may need, for instance: electricians, plumbing, packing, and so on. Our kitchen flooded down through the basement ceiling. Phoenix Restoration is nearby our house, so I called them first. Pat, the owner, was available to stop by the same day. He provided a free expert consultation and he was easy to work with.We proceeded to use them for some services. Excellent price & excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
