We went to the new location on 181st & Center, Omaha, NE. You can schedule on-line or call ahead. Very nice customer service. They call you by name when you walk in the door! You have your choice of sauna rooms to choose from. You get plenty of towels to wipe your sweat away. You have a TV with all the networks to watch your favorite show. In the end you have a nice cool eucalyptus towel that is infused with eucalyptus essential oil (?) these towels provide a refreshing and invigorating scent that can help to clear the sinuses, while the cold temp can help to cool down your body after a hot sauna session. We love it here!

Perspire is the most relaxing, convenient place for me to unwind. Booking a room is so easy, the staff is so friendly and attentive, the room is always ready exactly the way I like it, set to my preferred temperature, everything is clean and fresh! I cannot say enough about the ease and relaxation Perspire has created! I enjoy every minute of my experience. Thank you!!!!!

The most relaxing 40 minutes of my day!!! I was a person who thought “How could I relax in a box?” , well was I wrong!! The setting they have you in for each session is relaxing comfortable and you literally feel the best you felt all day after you walked out of there!! Highly recommend!!!!
