They provide 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Nutrition Coaching. The trainer is passionate about clients and providing the best training, bringing a contagious, positive energy to class. He is willing to listen and adapt workouts to injuries or complications, ensuring everyone can work safely toward their goals. Workouts are unique every day, so it never gets dull or boring; they are challenging but never too difficult. The trainer does a great job encouraging clients and keeping them motivated in a positive way. Clients report increased strength and balance, and enjoy the great vibe. The class size is small, everyone is friendly, and you can go at your own pace in a very clean facility.     The right place and the right attitude. Luke, owner and trainer, is fantastic at learning your needs, making health and fitness plans and setting goals for success. He is a charismatic motivator and easy to get along with. You will be very happy you came here.

Whether you are working one on one or small group, he's willing to listen and adapt to injuries or complications that prevent normal movements, he's passionate about everyone reaching their goals, and brings an energy to class that's contagious!

    I have been coming to Perfect Fit Fitness for a little over one year and love it! Some days it is hard to stay motivated but Luke does a great job at encouraging you and keeping you moving in a positive way. I am pleased with my increased strength and balance which is important as I age.I would encourage anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness to come and work with Luke!
