Impressive organization!
From check-in to discharge, the process was very organized. The customer service received was exceptional from all departments. Dr Kumagai & Dr Z (Anesthesiologist) gave great explanation for patient expectation. Nursing & rehab staff were outstanding with compassionate bedside manner. Keep up the great work your organization is doing for quality patient centered outcomes!

This place is fantastic. I've never been to a facility where every single point of contact is pleasent. Dr. Bonness is the best. He explains everything so that i can understand it. And he truly cares about his patients. The nurses are all thorough in everything. I would recommend this place 1000 times!

Reception was kinda a mess but once past that the Dr's and nurse staff were great and very thorough with their jobs. In and out in great time with it being mid day at the emergency room.
