I love One Tree! I had never even touched a yoga mat and tried it out there about six years ago. Since then, I have been a regular. The classes are great for the physical aspects of yoga with a strong focus on alignment, strengthening, and flexibility, but what I really love is the frequent emphasis on all of the other ways yoga is beneficial for us off the mat. The co-owners are responsive to questions over email and are obviously passionate about what they do. There are a good variety of class offerings at two locations, and it is all around a great community. Definitely check it out!
My hubby n I were visiting the Omaha area n were welcomed into the One Tree Yoga tribe. Alison was gracious in allowing us to enter a couple minutes late as we had gone to the East Studio. Heartfelt gratitude for a beautiful practice with beautiful humans ?
I loved going to the studio before COVID and still love the Zoom options! Alison and Gabe have done a great job of transitioning in order to continue to offer classes through this difficult time! Teachers are always welcoming and I still get the sense of community in every class!
