My mother was sent here after Hillcrest denied her because she needed breathing treatments. I will honestly say that I was not impressed upon entering and seeing her room. I can tell you that all of the staff we encountered except for 1 nurse were very kind to my mother. Andi, Staci & Lukas who are therapists were amazing with my mother. She got out 5 days early and I truly believe it was because of these 3 humans. Sarah a nurse is amazing and kind; no matter how busy she is, she never rushed my mother. CeCe and Terri, CNA's were also very kind to my mother. Cheryl the receptionist was also kind. They need help and they need grant money to update this... read full review
Seriously the best staff I’ve encountered while traveling! Lots of skilled care patients keeps you busy but everyone works as a team! The scheduler is so sweet and is always so thankful to all the travelers that come to work! 10/10 recommend working here or having loved ones receive care here!
My dog, Zima, has Wobbler's Syndrome. In and of itself, this is not a terminal disease. However, it can be extremely painful, and as a Doberman, her stoic nature never truly reveals how much pain she experiences. Through her physical therapy at The Ridge, her mobility and her strength have clearly improved. And although I can never be 100% sure, I believe her pain level has improved as well. Zima has a keen sense of where she is headed any time she gets in my car: whether that is going to the park, to a regular vet appointment or to physical therapy.
