Jamie was awesome! I like a very deep-pressured massage, and Jamie delivered just that. He was always making sure that the pressure was okay with me, and he also ensured that he hit the target muscle groups that I wanted to focus on. Jamie is very friendly and I’ll definitely be booking another session soon!

I wish I had found Omaha Massage and Wellness Center sooner!! Hands down the best massage center I have ever been to!! I have gone to many massage centers throughout Omaha and It is hard to come by a good massage; I have left therapy feeling disappointed or feeling worse than when I arrived for the massage.A couple months ago, I had booked back to back appointments for my partner and I with Shelah and since then - we have been going back to see Shelah and even recommending her to family and friends!! This was the best massage I've ever had, I can't wait to go back! I went for a prenatal massage, it was very relaxing and Shelah was able to work out a few trouble spots that had been causing some pain
