Very happy with the service Omaha Drian provided. We noticed the issue around 4:15pm and called a few other companies who were closed. Omaha Drain answered the phone, called and texted me back to confirm Steve was scheduled for later that evening. Steve called to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time and was a true professional. He was quick to fix the issue and offered options for a preventative solution for the future. Steve didn’t try to hard sell anything just gave me options and his professional opinion.
