I have been a member of OBW Fitness for several years and love it! The environment and small group structure is welcoming and very supportive. The instructor is professional and meets you where you are at, while offering encouragement and motivates you on your fitness/wellness/health journey. I'm a former TKD practitioner who is now in my late 40s. I wanted to try to learn a new art so I signed up for a Hapkido trial at Omaha Blue Waves. It's 4 months later and I am so glad I did. Hapkido is quite different from Tae Kwon Do, and the instruction I receive from Grandmaster Helaney and Mr. Humphrey is adding so much new knowledge and skill to the foundations I came in with. I truly enjoy every single session and the close-knit group that I am now a part of. For anyone interested in trying an eclectic, well rounded martial art I highly recommend Hapkido at Blue Waves.

Where do I even start, Omaha Blue waves Fitness has been AMAZING the last year and half. They provide great classes that range from Bootcamps, to belly dancing, kickboxing to insanity class plus more! I enjoy that I am able to get one pass and go to ANY of the classes that are offered during the week. The staff always makes the classes fun and challenging. Blue Waves has helped me meet my goals and have a fun time doing it as well! If you are looking for a great place to workout, come check out our family!
