My mother came from the hospital after suffering a stroke. Physical therapy and occupational therapy were good. The staff was friendly and kind when you saw them, but it took a very long time to answer the light. I feel the staff needed more training on basics of care. My mom is right handed and if family wasn’t present I don’t think her food would have been cut up. There were ants on her window sill through out her stay even though my sister complained. Unfortunately there are not a lot of stellar rehab and nursing homes inOmaha.

I have no complaints other than the food. On a positive note the food was improving after a new chef was hired towards the end of my recent stay. The nursing staff, physical therapy staff and occupational therapy staff were outstanding.

I have absolutely no complaints about my rehab stay at Old Mill. The care staff and therapists have been top notch. My call lights have been answered in timely manner, meds given as scheduled, high quality PT/OT services provided, mobility assistant provided with cheerful attitudes, very clean environment, on-time transportation to dr appt, and the food has been very tastey. Thank you Old Mill for caring for me as if I were your family member!
