Nebraska Medicine The Optical Shop at Village Pointe Health Center

They called me the morning of my appointment & when I answered all I could hear was 2 girls telling eachother to shut up. They called back & didn't leave a message. When I arrived they checked me in. After having trouble with entering my insurance information and waiting 20 mins for her to check me in they said my appointment was cancelled. I had been off my allergy meds for 5 days for no reason. She alluded that the doctor was having a baby. Why wouldn't they have a back up plan or have another doctor take me? Anyways I get it, but... it turns out she tested positive for covid.
