Health is not just physical health, but also mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. An important part of the healing process for me is to be active in herpes education, support and advocacy. I volunteer in a number of Herpes organizations, and in particular Positive Men, because the impact of Herpes on women is very different from men. I was once a herpes positive, I will forever be grateful to God Almighty and Dr Elinfoh Herbal Home for reaching me when I thought it
I was having pain in my left leg due to having cancer in the bone. This has been 5 years and I have been on opiod pain pills for the pain all this time. I decided to try accupuncture to eliminate the pain and get off the pain pills. it is working and I would highly recommend Janis for treatments! Thank you Janis!
Arrived feeling chaotic and out of control, left feeling relieved and lighter. I'm in Omaha for work and woke up this morning feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I looked at a few yoga classes around my hotel and landed on "community acupuncture" as my self care of choice today. This was my first acupuncture experience and I enjoyed it. I ended up being the only person for community acupuncture but I think with other people, it still would have been a great introduction. Janice took amazing care of me (she mentioned the new moon which was something I was thinking about). She took great care of me and I truly enjoyed this experience of reflecting and some release (i shed a few tears during the "session") I came feeling chaotic and worried, I left feeling more centered and cared for. If youre new to acupuncture, I would recommend Janice and the community acupuncture. It's all going to be okay. Now put some needles in my ears.
