We called about a clogged sink on Black Friday and they sent someone out within the hour. Jamie did an amazing job of explaining everything and he was so fast. Everything was done and cleaned up within about 15 min. Also couldn't beat the promo's. Will definitely use Jamie again and recommend him to family and friends.
Bryson and his team were amazing. I had a floor drain back up and it turned out to be an utter disaster of roots and destroyed clay piping in my sewer line. I needed a replacement.
The team came out, gave me assurances every step of the way, and went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. They worked with me on financing to help ease the cost. When it came to the technical aspect of getting the job done they chose routes that were harder on them, but more beneficial to me (such as finding a way to work around my retaining wall so that the whole thing wouldn't have to come down). We had a floor drain back up 2 weeks ago and Izzy came out. The clog cleared itself (because it knew Izzy was there :) but he recommended descaling the drain pipe, as it was one of the worst he's seen. Izzy came out today and descaled the whole cast iron pipe. It's well worth the investment and we shouldn't have any main line backups for a long time. Thanks Izzy and Mr. Rooter for excellent service!
