John did a fantastic job.... I had a tough year, worked part of the year then lost my job, had unemployment coming in the.got a contract gig, and then got hired on permanent. In addition, my wife and I had a couple of side hustles that had a bit of money coming in, but had some write offs as well. With all of that going on, I was not inclined to use a program to try and get all of that done correctly, so we reached out to Midwest for help. Just started my tax process and John was the only one who was available and open to help me out. He was quick and efficient. Got straight to work and I didn’t have to be in for more than 1 hour. Definitely coming back. Great service!
My parents have been going here almost 30 years, and myself 20. John is a very helpful resource, detailed, and patient when it comes to explain how the system works. I just started an LLC, and he gave me a great overview for how my taxes will change going forward. I highly recommend to anyone needing personal or business taxes done.
