This is a report concerning technician Carter kemp. Where did ya find this guy? He is stellar, as a tech and a very compassionate person. My husband has been very Ill and was in ICU for a month.. Now , in recovery. We have your filters , and mine was filthy! I feel like.a Dumb blond at the helm of our home. He was so kind to show me how to change the filter , and then discovered we needed more… Really love these filters. What a difference. Hey!!! When you have an employee this good, ya need a SHOUT OUT!!!! Thank you!
Carter was great! He listened and explained exactly what had happened once diagnosed. He had the needed parts and had my AC back in working order. He booked me the next day to do an emergency cleaning as well as setup my furnace cleaning. I’m glad I’m making the transition the McCarthy’s.
Carter K went above and beyond with our issue. Even though it was a plumbing issue Carter was very knowledgeable and helpful to have the issue resolved quickly. Very personable young man.
Answered all of our questions.
