We have been using KE for the last 6 months. Taylor has been extremely flexible and reliable to work with. They "automate" our social media campaigns, and yet we are always able to view posts and provide feedback on images, phrasing, etc... before they go live. They do a good job of getting a professional consistent message our to our patients and prospective patients.
