Our dogs may actually like going here. The staff are so great to our dogs and you can tell they genuinely care about animals. The office is setup by people who understand animals. There is plenty of room and you hardly see other people/pets in the lobby. That's because they have plenty of rooms and understand how to schedule visits. Waiting in a room with 5 other dogs going nuts isn't part of the program here...and I love it! During the exams they do a great job of introducing treats and keeping animals and people calm during the visit. One of our dogs had to get blood drawn recently and the needle hurt him a little.
