Ken is knowledgeable, patient with my questions and honest. He got my new laptop up and ready to use, and installed a new hard drive to replace the failing one in my old laptop because I needed a backup, and did it all in one day! He's the best tech support in Omaha that I've found, and I've used others.

So, my laptop was powering down for unknown reasons. I looked online and came across Ken's PC Repair. I called, inquired, and decided to stop by. Ken told me that he would take a look at it and give me a heads up. In a little over 24 hours, Ken had me back in business. My laptop is working better than ever. The online reviews brought me in, my personal experience with Ken is why I will stay and be a lifelong customer. Thanks Ken (and female staff person). You guys rock.

I have used a number of PC repair shops and found none better than Ken's P C Repair.He is honest with what needs to be done with your PC. Very reasonable in price. He gets a 5 Star rating from me !!
