I was away from home today and wanted to try some yoga in Omaha and I went to Hatha Yoga this morning. What a great class! It was very original and fun and the instructor was wonderful. Thank you, Karma Yoga!
I have been going to Karma since it opened and I am confident in saying Karma Yoga Omaha is an ESSENTIAL part of my body, mind and spirit wellbeing! If you are new to yoga or a longtime yogi, you will be welcomed and wonderfully pleased with the teachers and offerings. You will feel seen, heard and so authentically cared for.
Very nice studio with friendly owners. Classes include a 60 minute version of the 26 posture Bikram sequence run at an appropriate temperature. Showers are available and there is a decent size changing area. If you are visiting Omaha or looking for new studio, you should check this place out.
