Called Jerry’s Waterproofing to diagnose moisture issue in basement. The contact person, Mark D*****, arrived for appointment on time, performed a thorough inspection, listened to my concerns, and gave advice - no charge. Instead of diagnosing a foundation issue, or any other major repair, Mark advised the issue was vapor coming up through the cement floor (poured) in the basement. The moisture was collecting under the very air tight vinyl plank flooring installed right on the concrete. He advised purchase of a commercial grade dehumidifier to dry up the basement and keep it as dry as possible. I appreciate the insight of Mark D*****.
