We had a few outlets go out suddenly and felt that it was out of our league after some troubleshooting. Hoffman Electric let us know that they might be a week out due to high demand. They ended up seeing us within 24 hours, which we greatly appreciated despite it not being an emergency.Jason was very professional and helped us understand what went wrong and how to avoid it happening again in the future. I am elated! When a different company I had out that day didnt even listen to my concerns, I got lucky and called Hoffman at the right time. He could have called it a day that late in the afternoon, but he came out to take a look anyway. Jason was awesome! He said he was going to make sure all the wiring in question was correct and safe before he left. And now we can have power in our family room! He listened to me and what we were needing, and even explained what he was doing along the way. Couldnt be happier! Jason and Hoffman Electric WILL be the first ones we call when we do our renovation.Service: General repairs

Tyler from Hoffman did my panel after Larry(bidder) noticed during the walkthrough my supposedly “new panel” wasn’t up to code and done wrong after I purchased a house. They were the only company who would offered to work on my house and I’ll never regret it. They were friendly, on time, and got the job done. I ask all customers to be patient and kind, being an electrician apprentice right now, our trade is very short handed and doesn’t have a lot of help.Services: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
