I was billed for 5 hours of work, but it was clear that only 3 hours worth of work was actually done. This discrepancy left me feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with the overall experience. I would caution others to be wary of potential overcharging if considering hiring this company for similar services.Update - the owner, Eric, called and made things right. He was very nice, professional and listened to my concerns. This ended up being a complete misunderstanding. I will be using them again in the future when doing any work to my home as his employees do quality work.“
