I have been coming here for about a year total. I started doing monthly massages which I truly enjoyed but then started getting monthly facials with Ashley and I will keep coming back! Ashley is wonderful! She’s so knowledgeable on the products, never pushes any product, and gives amazing facials. I’ve done a bunch of add-ons as well and the cold stones are my favorite. The front desk employees are always so kind and helpful as well. Overall, such a great experience and I will continue to return!
From the time I walked in for my appointment until I left, it was an amazing experience. Everyone is so warm & welcoming. My therapist listened to my need and the front desk ladies were so friendly and sweet.
I’ve been a member for about 2/3 years- I joined at the Regency location and started going to the location on Maple because it’s close to home. Still, the customer service between the two sites is veryyyy different! Maple Street front desk staff aren’t very attentive, are always on their personal devices, and don’t answer the business phones. I’ve walked in on more than one occasion with no one at the front, so no one greeted me; they all were in the back, I’m assuming.
