Jennifer was unebelivably good. I had all kinds of knots and tight muscles in my upper back and she had 50 minutes to work magic - and she did. The right amount of pressure, an instructive way of going about her work, and ultimately me feeling fantastic when I left. A great experience and would highly recommend.
The facial I received today was fantastic. I would've booked again, maybe becoming a member, with the lady who did my facial because she did an excellent job. I had planned to come back and bring my mom as a new customer because the facial lady was so good. She is the reason why I'm giving any stars. However, I'm disappointed that the intro price was not honored. I didn't know until after the service was provided that I was going to pay the full price since my massage was provided at an intro rate. The system allowed me to book both the massage and facial at the intro price since it was my first time for both. But, I guess it was not meant to be...
My husband and I got a couples massage at Hand and Stone. The massages were excellent, the space very tranquil and I like the extra steps Hand and Stone takes to ensure security such as making you aware of an alarm button under the bed if you are uncomfortable. The massages were supposed to be an hour...they were more like 45 minutes so that was frustrating (we had 9am appointments, were brought back a few minutes after and were done by 9:50). We also had a bit of trouble getting in contact with the facility- I sent an email inquiry and left a VM that was unanswered. The experience itself was amazing minus feeling like our time was cut a bit short and troubles with making contact. I would go back.
