Words can’t describe how much this team has changed my life. A few months ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and suffered a concussion among other injuries, all which left me with debilitating symptoms and deficits. I couldn’t function in my every day life, and emotionally I was absolutely distraught. From my first phone conversation with Courtney I knew this place would be great. She clearly explained the process of setting up my initial appointment and what to expect. Her calm and welcoming demeanor was comforting. Every day I come in she greets me with a smile, explains all of the paperwork so thoroughly, and works hard to accommodate appointments that work with my schedule. Nicki, Drew, and John have been wonderful during physical therapy. They are kind, compassionate, empathetic, and the best cheerleaders! Whether it’s a bad day and I’m crying in pain or a good day and I’ve met a small goal they are always as encouraging and reassuring as possible. They are truly invested in my well-being and never make me feel like “just another patient”. The speech therapist John is just as wonderful. They have the perfect balance of validating my feelings and concerns regarding the recovery process and associated pains or frustrations and encouraging me to do my best and keep pushing forward. I couldn’t recommend a more qualified and compassionate team of individuals to trust with rehabilitation. They are the absolute best! I’m still on the road to recovery, and it’s exhausting, but knowing I have such a wonderful team with me every step of the way has made such a big difference in my life!
