You know how good a company is when things don't go easy.while we have bought many computers from Friendly Managed Services they showed the value when one acted up. They went right to work on researching the periodic problem and have spent hours fixing it. True service, not sell it and forget it. I can say they back the products and services they sell 100%. As stated no other computer we bought had any issues just this one. Great staff and leadership.

Jared did a fabulous job helping with the issues I was having but also providing valuable information along the process. I have been using Friendly PC for several years and rely on their expertise. Jared is extremely easy to work with, very patient in responding to my questions and his service was well worth the cost. They have always provided great value!

Jared - Did an excellent job fixing my e-mail issue on my lap top! He was able to diagnose the problem and get the issue corrected. He explained what he was doing and would highly recommend him for his technical expertise for any computer issues.
