Carole Westerman is a fabulous instructor. What I admire about her is that she does not stop learning and continues to educate herself on the different modalities of yoga and with that in turn, she passes that knowledge on to her students so that they too can also help others. After my 200hr teacher training out of the state gets completed, I plan to dive into the 500hr teacher training program with Carole. I have had the opportunity to speak to many of her students and still have yet to even hear a single 'mediocre' thing, let alone anything negative. Everybody holds Carole in the highest regards. And over the course of the last year, I have seen why.

Came here for the first time tonight for a slow flow class. Carole was so welcoming and inviting. The class ended up being the perfect marriage of restorative and flow that was fantastic for a chilly Monday night! I will be back to this fantastic space soon!

I recently introduced my sister to Carole's new class “Beginners and Beyond”. She had never done yoga before. I knew if I could get her in the door of Carole's amazing Studio she would be hooked. The first thing she said was “I feel better already just walking in the door”. Thank you Carole for being the genuine, caring yoga teacher and guru you are. Evolve to Harmony is life changing if you just give it a try���
