Dr Schieffer really took her time, answering all questions, explaining the various issues and was in general very pleasant. Staffers equally so too. I was a bit late but they still took me and I was grateful for that

I have never had glasses and am mid 40s. I was so grateful for the experience with Dr Robinson. She made sure to explain things well to me. Alicia started me out and she was also informative and wonderful. Afterwards I had several helpful staff members help me figure out what would look ok on me since they are experienced with that! Best experience. Great staff!
A very pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. Alicia was very helpful getting me checked in and conducting the initial tests and measurements. Dr. Robinson did a very thorough examination and explained everything so that even I could understand and answered all of my questions. Special thanks to Jill for her patience and expertise is helping me find the frames that suited me the best. Thank you for time well spent.
