I had a new carrier heat pump installed by another company poorly. D&k sent Jeff out to diagnose fix this guy was awesome fixed it n explained what was wrong so I could understand he was very knowledgeable fixed for a good price n no extra stuff I didn’t really need I was very impressed with Jeff n d&k

TLDR: Any time I need HVAC work done I will always reach out to D&K. They set the standard for what an HVAC business should be.I found out about D&K from a friend of mine who has an HVAC company out of state. He did research for me and said, “check these guys out. They’re similar to what we do out east.” Of course I had to do my due diligence and research more than just one company. I had 2 other free estimates before contacting D&K. Both estimates made me feel uneasy, like I was being taken advantage of. I never got that feeling with my D&K estimate. Kevin came to my house. 18 yr old Carrier furnace starting having issues and D&K got Tyler and Oleg out first thing in the morning to diagnose and resulted in a cracked heat exchanger which wasn't a huge surprise to me. Tyler, Matt with sales and Dave did a great job explaining the options, choices and making sure the we understood the proposals for repair or replace and what the pro's and con's of each were. We gave them the greenlight on Monday afternoon to replace and the new furnace was installed on Wednesday morning by Joe and Jake who did a great job!
